We are recognized as one of India’s leading Karate organizations known for our highly successful training program in cultivating physical, mental, and technical skills in people of all age groups. We provide education and training on Japanese martial arts ‘Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Karate-Do & Ryukyu Kobujutsu Kenshikai’. Shito-Ryu is one of the major styles of Karate practiced worldwide today and Kobujustu is an art using Japanese weapons like Bo, Sai, Tong-fa, Kama, Nunchaku, etc.
Our organization is open for students of all age groups, Karate teachers, and athletes willing to learn, train, and develop themselves. Our classes are built on the first and foremost principles of Respect, Self-Discipline, Sincerity, Compassion, Honesty, Character, and Humility.

The organization is centrally organized and coordinated through Pune JKNSKI Headquarters and headed by internationally qualified and experienced instructors assisted by a trained and authorized team of qualified instructors.
The Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai India (Japan Karate-Do Shito-Ryu International Renshikan) regularly organizes training with Japanese experts in India as well as in Japan. Students who wish to train at Japan HQ and wish to experience the real culture of Japanese Karate-Do are welcome and join us. The JKNSK INDIA is headed by Naresh Sharma who obtained Dan grades from Japan. He has also acquired special “Dan Examination Rights” which authorizes him to conduct Japanese Dan tests in India.

JKNSK India Head Instructor - Naresh Sharma successfully passed his 7th Dan Examination at Japan
The JKNSK India Head Instructor Naresh Sharma successfully passed his 7th Dan Examination conducted by Kaicho Yoshiaki Nobukawa and Soke Kuniaki Nobukawa JKNSK Honbu Dojo in Japan. Aadhya Yadav also passed her Sho Dan Grade Examination and Sujit Chandgadkar passed Shodan HO Grade
37th All Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Championship 2024 grand success at Akashi Central Gymnasium, Japan
The JKNSK India Karate Team participated in the 39th All Japan Karatedo Nobukawa-ha Shitoryu Championship held on 20th October 2024 at Akashi Central Gymnasium, Japan in which more than 300 students participated. The competition was conducted by Dai Sensei Yoshiaki Nobukawa President of Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai under the watchful eyes of Soke Kuniaki Nobukawa.
India students Aadhya Yadav secured the Bronze medal in Kumite in the under 12 years group & Sujit Chandgadkar secured Silver in Kata and Bronze in Kumite.
8th JKNSK INDIA NATIONAL KARATEDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 - Grand Success !!
JKNSK India successfully conducted its annual 8th JKNSK India National Karatedo Championship 2024 at Chattrapati Shivaji Sports Complex, Pune. There were more than 400 students who took part in the event from various states of India to mention a few which are as follow: – Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Assam, etc…
Students showed their technical marvels in Kata and Kumite events. Congratulations to everyone associated with the events.
JKNSK WORLD KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 AT JAPAN
JKNSK India Karate Team participated in the JKNSK World Karate Championship & Seminar where branches of JKNSK participated and showed their talent and skills. The Indian team consists of players:- Atikksh Goel, Anoushka Absan Kashyap, Chetan Dhawle, Gajanan Jediya, and Amrut Shinde assisted by Coach Devendra Sharma and delegation leader Naresh Sharma. Dan Grade Examinations in Japan: The following candidates were promoted to Sensei Devendra Sharma Roku Dan (6th Dan), Sensei Gajanan Jediya Go Dan (5th Dan), Sempei Chetan Dhawle Ni Dan (2nd Dan).
VI JKNSK INDIA NATIONAL KARATEDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2022-23
was a grand success with more than 750 participations from various states of India on 15th January 2023 at Hinjewadi Pune Maharashtra. The championship was inaugurated by the Honorable Member of Parliament Sansad Ratna – Supriya Sule which encouraged the Karate athletes, Officials, and parents.
JKNSK India State heads and all Officials, Players, Volunteers and parents contributed their best to make this event a grand success!
V JKNSK INDIA NATIONAL KARATEDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2019
The annual 5th JKNSKI National Karate-Do Championship 2019 of Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai-India was successfully conducted in Pune Maharashtra India which was open for all members of our organization practicing at various branches all over India.
More than 600 contestants took part in the above event from 7 states of India which are as follows: Maharashtra, Kerala, Assam, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh assisted by more than 100 Officials, Referees, Judges, Coaches. Karatekas contested in multiple categories and events displaying their skills and demonstrating sportsmanship.
The competition was a grand success due to the extraordinary efforts contributed by our representatives, coaches, officials, students, and parents who supported this event.
2nd JKNSKI INTERNATIONAL KARATE-DO CHAMPIONSHIP 2018 'GRAND SUCCESS'.
The Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai-India successfully organized its 2nd JKNSKI International Karate-Do Championship 2018 at
Shiv Chattrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, Pune Maharashtra India from
30th November to 2nd December 2018.
The championship was conducted under the presence of KUNIAKI NOBUKAWA 9th Dan JKNSK, J.K.F 8th Dan Hanshi & Souke of JKNSK International. The tournament was technically directed by YOSHIAKI NOBUKAWA Kyoshi 7th Dan JKNSK / J.KF., President of JKNSK International, qualified WKF A Grade Referee & Judge assisted by Indian National Director NARESH SHARMA, Kyoshi 6th Dan JKNSK (Japan), and DEVENDRA SHARMA. Deputy Director JKNSK India as assistant director for the event.
Approximately 700 contestants took part in the event from various states of India including players from Srilanka, Nepal, India, Japan, England around 120 Officials and Coaches participated in this mega event to make it a Grand Success.

NARESH SHARMA THE FIRST KYOSHI TITLE HOLDER OF JKNSK (INTERNATIONAL) OUTSIDE JAPAN.
Principal Instructor & National Director of India Naresh Sharma successfully passed his 6th Dan Blackbelt examination at JKNSK International Headquarters in Japan and was awarded the grade. He also passed the examination of Kyoshi (Expert Master/ Professor).
This makes Naresh Sharma the first person to be awarded the title of KYOSHI outside Japan in the organization. The head of JKNSK International Souke conducted the examination. Nobukawa Kuniaki 9th Dan JKNSK (Shitoryu) / 8th Dan J.K.F Hanshi (Supreme Master).
It is a matter of great pride and honor for all Indian Karatekas of JKNSK India that Naresh Sharma has been honored to be the first Kyoshi.
JKNSK INDIA DEPUTY PRINCIPAL INSTRUCTOR DEVENDRA SHARMA WITH MR. SUMAN (SUPERSTAR & MARTIAL ART EXPERT) UPON SUCCESSFULLY PASSING HIS REFEREE EXAMINATION.
During Indian National Karate Championship held at Goa India. Devendra Sharma successfully passed National Kata and Referee Examination conducted at National Karate Championship of India held at Goa, India.
After the completion of the examination and event the certified was awarded to Devendra Sharma by the guest of event actor Mr. Suman Talwar who himself is a exponent of Karate.
SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR & WORKSHOP CONDUCTED FOR WOMEN, MEN AND CORPORATE.
Looking at increases in crime in our society on regular basis has left us insecure and unsafe. Hence Self Defense has become very essential for survival in our day-to-day life. We believe that “Safety” should be the first and foremost priority for everyone. We never know where and when we might encounter an unavoidable dangerous situation and might be a victim. So prepare yourself well and train under the guidance of professionals.
We have integrated the simplest yet effective techniques that can be applied by anyone using minimum strength. Besides martial arts training, we will also prepare you in the following areas- Awareness, Preventive Measures, Verbal Response, Physical Response, First Aid, and Mind Control Methods to handle unexpected situations of assault.
